We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Window Cleaning Specialist who is committed to delivering high-quality results and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in different environments.
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in window cleaning, exterior cleaning, or professional cleaning services is preferred; however, motivated candidates are welcome as training will be provided.
- Ability to clean residential, commercial, and storefront windows, including interior and exterior glass surfaces.
- Skilled in using professional window cleaning tools such as squeegees, water-fed poles, scrapers, and eco-friendly cleaning solutions.
- Knowledge of different glass types and appropriate cleaning methods to prevent damage and ensure streak-free results.
- Ability to identify and safely remove dirt, dust, hard water stains, paint, and other residues from glass surfaces.
Physical & Safety Requirements
- Comfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, lifts, or rope-access equipment (where applicable).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and cold.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment for yourself, team members, and clients.

- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites (preferred).
